Cofnodwr is run by Cole Brydson. You can contact him through the form on the home page.

What we collect: the details you enter in the form on the home page (council, name, role, email, how your meetings run, and anything you add).

Why: to reply to you about a free sample or the free trial. We don’t use your details for anything else, and we don’t share them for marketing.

Where it goes: the form is handled by Framer, who host this site, and sent to Cole’s email.

How long we keep it: until our conversation about Cofnodwr ends, or 12 months at most, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Meeting recordings are not collected through this website. If you send one for a sample or the trial, we agree how it is handled with you in writing first.
